Note to OP: This is a Milwaukee board and therfore most people on this board are about an hour/hour fifteen north of Chicago. If they wanted Rare it’seems a pretty short drive to get it. Need to take that into account when proposing a trade. Might have better luck posting this trade on a Minnesota board. Also secondary value of CW 19 is going to be somewhere between $45- $55 (based on where 18 is right now) so asking for 4 is quite high when Rare is a short drive for $70- $100.
