I don’t think there is any established dollar value on it since it’s hyper local and not something the big wheeling secondary purchasing whale hunters are after. Offers here have been all over the place with no way of knowing what’s actually closed. As someone who gave up Mornin’ Delight+ (yes I know that’s probably way high) to close it, be prepared to make a big offer as it was 1pp so only mule bottles are moving. Good luck!
